Deborah Rose is co-director of FutureChurch, a 32-year-old Catholic organization advancing reforms of the Second Vatican Council and working for a just and inclusive church. Along with co-director Russ Petrus, FutureChurch promotes just, open and collaborative structures for Catholic worship, organization and governance; ordained and lay ministries open to all Catholics who are called; and strategies that ensure that the Eucharist, the center of Catholic life and worship, is abundantly available to all Catholics, wherever they live, work and pray.
