Yvette Arnold

Yvette Arnold is a member of the Congregation of Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd. Originally from Massachusetts in the United States, her academic background is in business management and clinical social work, with certificates in spiritual accompaniment. Her social service ministry has included residential settings, mental health clinics, and low-income housing, as well as administration and membership on boards of directors. She served for 15 years in leadership, including six years as leader of the New York province. Currently, she resides at the generalate in Rome, working as the secretary general and procurator general, and providing services to the International Union of Superiors General, including mentoring in its formators training program.

My journey with Aguchita, newly beatified in Peru

The beatification of Good Shepherd Sr. María Agustina Rivas López — affectionately known as Aguchita — on May 7 in Peru was the culmination of five years in which I was blessed to help in the process for her cause.
