About the Author
Arthur Jones has been a Catholic journalist since before Vatican II (1962-65). In the early 1960s he left secular journalism for the Catholic Star-Herald in Camden, New Jersey; then the London Catholic Herald, and was National Catholic Reporter editor in the 1970s, and now its books editor. The British-born, Ruskin College, Oxford educated Jones has a parallel career as an international economics and financial journalist. His books include the acclaimed Pierre Toussaint.
